Niche Pipeline Walkthrough
📊 What is the Niche Pipeline?
The Niche Pipeline is your central dashboard for managing all Dives performed in your Data Dive account. It serves as a live portfolio of your niche research — allowing you to filter, organize, assign, edit, and prioritize Dives with precision.
Whether you're a solo seller or collaborating across a large team, the Niche Pipeline gives you complete visibility and control over your ongoing and historical research.
🛠 Editing & Managing Niches in the Niche Pipeline
You can manage your Dives directly from the Niche Pipeline using checkboxes and the Bulk Update menu.
✏️ Rename, Delete, Assign & More
To edit one or more niches:
Select the checkbox next to the niche(s) you want to edit.
A blue action bar will appear with options like:
Delete – Permanently remove the Dive
Bulk Update – Opens a dropdown with options to:
Assign to a team member
Add/remove labels
Move to a Space
Update launch status or priority
Open… – Jump into selected Niche
Rename – Change the name of a single Niche
🧠 Note: Rename is available when one niche is selected at a time. For bulk changes, use Labels or Spaces to organize at scale.
✅ Pro Tips
Use consistent naming conventions for quick scanning (e.g.
Brand | Product | Launch Phase)Use Spaces to organize by project or brand, and Labels for progress states (e.g., “Needs Review” or “Q4 Prep”)
Reorganize or reassign niches as team roles shift over time
🔁 Can I Duplicate a Niche?
There is no direct option to duplicate a niche at this time.
However, you can recreate a Dive using the same competitors:
From the DiveBox, search for the product you're researching
Select the same ASINs from your previous Dive
Start a new Dive — this will create a fresh niche while preserving your competitor structure
This is useful if you want to test different keywords, configurations, or run a new Profits tab without affecting historical data.
