(7.10.13 is the version at the time of creating this article. The current version may be different)
2. Verify Amazon Connections
Go to Amazon Connections Settings and ensure the following are properly connected:
- Seller Central
- PPC
- SIS Report
3. Log into the Correct Accounts
- You must be logged into Data Dive and the same Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts that you are attempting to sync.
- Remain logged in for at least 2 hours before syncing.
- If you manage multiple accounts, repeat these steps for each account.
4. Ensure PPC Data is Available
- At least one Search Term in your Ads account must have impressions or clicks; otherwise, Rank Radar will not display data.
How is PPC Data Calculated in Rank Radar?
- Rank Radar aggregates PPC data across all targets that match a search term (Exact, Phrase, Broad, Auto).
- This means data may not match what you see in Campaign Manager, as Rank Radar tracks search term data, while Campaign Manager focuses on target data.
- If a search term has zero clicks and zero spend, it will not show data in Rank Radar.
Understanding Discrepancies
- Discrepancies may occur because not all search terms you advertise on are being tracked.
- Multiple ASINs within the same ad group can cause inaccuracies in search term data.
Best Practices for Data Accuracy:
✅ Place only one ASIN per ad group.
✅ Maintain one ad group per campaign.
Delayed Data
- Data from the last four days may be delayed if there were recent changes to ad groups in campaigns that target the ASIN in Rank Radar.
