There are several ways to share a Niche depending on your needs.
If You Need The User To Have Access To Any Research (This Includes Niches And All The Features Such As Rank Radar For Present And Future Data)
Step 1. Go to the Team Management section here: https://2.datadive.tools/user-management
Step 2. Hover over the user and click the pencil icon to edit the user.
Step 3. Change their permission to have "admin" rights. (exclude "Billing" as this should only be for the main admin or admins).
If You Need The User To Have Access Only To One Niche
Step 1. Go to the dive you want to assign and click the Details button at the top.
Step 2. Click the edit the "Assignee"(disadvantage for this is that you can only assign it to one user, so this might be for a different case in your organization).
If You Need Multiple Users To Have Access To Specific Niches
Step 1. Go to the niche you want to share and click the Details button at the top.
2. Click "Add Space" and select a current Space or create a new one and save changes.
3. Assign the user to the Space by going to Your Account and the Space Access tab (https://2.datadive.tools/space-access-management)
Permissions:
Editors can view Niches in the Space.
Managers can view and edit any Niche in the Space.
If You Need To Share A Niche With Someone Outside of Your Data Dive Organization
Step 1. Going to the Niche you want to share and click the Share button.
Step 2. Input a Google-compatible email (either Gmail or Google Workspace) and click the Share button. The recipient can view the niche but will not be able to edit or modify it.
Step 3. The recipient will receive an email from Data Dive with the access link.
Step 4. Sharing access can be revoked by going to the Visitors tab, selecting the user, and clicking "Remove sharing".
