You can export your data from Data Dive as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

📊 Exporting from Master Keyword List
Step 1: Go to Master Keyword List
Open your Dive and navigate to the Master Keyword List tab.
Step 2: Click Export
On the top right of the table, click Export.
Step 3: Download your files
Select CSV file, then click Export.
Two files are exported:
- Master Keyword List Search Terms & data based on your current filters and view
- Competitors and their metrics.
📈 Exporting from Rank Radar
Step 1: Go to Rank Radar
Open a tracked product and navigate to the Rank Radar tab.
Step 2: Click Export
On the top right of the table, click Export.
Step 3: Download your file
Select CSV file, then click Export.
What gets exported:
- Keyword rankings over time
- Search volume, rank positions, and selected columns
- Data based on your selected date range and filters
📄 Using your export in Google Sheets
Data Dive does not export directly to Google Sheets.
To use your data in Google Sheets:
- Download the CSV file from Data Dive
- Open Google Sheets
- Upload or import the CSV file
