You can manage your subscription and billing information securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe ensures a safe and smooth experience while keeping your sensitive information protected.
🧭 Accessing Your Subscription Settings
You have two ways to access your subscription dashboard:
Option 1: Click on the Data Dive Extension and select "Manage Subscription"
Option 2: Go directly to this link: https://2.datadive.tools/subscription/overview
Alternatively, you can navigate from within Data Dive:
Click on "Your Account" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription from this page, you can learn more about usage quotas here.
💳 Managing Your Plan & Billing Info
Once in the Subscription section:
✅ Step 1: Manage Your Subscription
You can view your current plan, make changes (e.g., upgrade/downgrade), or cancel from the "Subscription" tab.
💼 Step 2: Update Billing Info or Download Invoices
To edit your payment method or download past invoices:
Click on "More"
Select "Billing Information"
From there, you can:
Update your credit/debit card
Change billing email
Download receipts and invoices
