Data Dive offers flexible pricing across three core tiers: Starter, Standard, and Enterprise. Each plan is designed to scale with your needs — whether you're just starting out or managing a large-scale Amazon operation.
Plans start at $39/month and can be customized using sliders for each usage metric. You can manage your subscription quotas in the following page: https://2.datadive.tools/subscription/overview
📊 Customize Your Plan
You can fully customize your plan by adjusting the sliders for key feature limits:
Dive ASINs
Rank Radar Keywords
AI Copywriter Prompts
AI Product Brief Competitors
As you move the sliders, your estimated monthly usage (based on the last 30 days) will be displayed for reference.
If your estimated usage exceeds the selected limit, the usage number turns red.
You can set a lower limit if you plan to reduce usage — or increase it to avoid overage interruptions.
💡 Example: If you’re focusing on product development this month, reduce Rank Radar Keywords and increase Dive ASINs accordingly.
You have full control to allocate your budget across features depending on your strategy.
🔢 What Are Quotas?
Your Data Dive plan includes quotas for the following features:
| Feature | Quota Type |
|---|---|
| Dive ASINs | Number of ASINs you can analyze in Dives |
| Rank Radar Keywords | Number of search terms you are actively tracking |
| AI Copywriter Prompts | Number of AI generation tasks allowed |
| AI Product Brief Competitors | Number of competitors used per Product Brief |
Each quota can be independently increased or decreased to better fit your needs, all quotas (with the exception of Rank Radar Keywords) reset on a monthly basis based on your monthly renewal date.
🧬 Dive ASIN Quota — Explained
Your Dive ASIN quota determines how many total ASINs you can include when running a Dive.
1 ASIN = 1 quota used
A Dive with your main ASIN + 9 competitors = 10 ASINs used
Each ASIN in any Dive counts toward your quota once per billing period (reused ASINs are free)
Enterprise subscriptions can perform up to 50 competitor ASINs in a single Dive.
💡 Tip: Lower your quota if you're doing fewer Dives or comparing fewer competitors. Raise it during product research sprints or competitive analysis cycles.
📈 Rank Radar Keyword Quota — Explained
Your Rank Radar quota controls how many search terms you are actively tracking for your products.
1 keyword (or search term) = 1 quota
Only currently tracked keywords count (archived = 0 quota)
Example:
If you’re tracking 50 keywords for ASIN A and 100 for ASIN B → 150 Rank Radar quota used
If you archive 25 of them → 125 quota now in use
💡 Tip: Archive keywords you’re no longer focused on to free up quota without losing historical data.
🧠 AI Quotas — Quick Recap
| Feature | What It Means |
|---|---|
| AI Copywriter Prompts | Each prompt (e.g. bullets, title, backend keywords) = 1 quota |
| AI Product Brief Competitors | The number of competitors you include in the AI analysis = quota used (e.g. 5 competitors = 5 quota) |
These reset monthly and are perfect for launch prep or listing refreshes.
🧮 Estimating Your Usage
Data Dive provides automated estimates based on your last 30 days of usage. These are shown next to each slider.
If your estimate exceeds your selected quota, it turns red
You can still choose a lower quota if you plan to reduce usage
Raising your quota ensures uninterrupted access
💡 Best Practice: Set quotas slightly higher than current usage to avoid surprises and maintain full functionality.
🛠 Budgeting Examples
You can reallocate your quota based on what’s most important:
Focusing on listing optimization? → Increase AI prompts, reduce Dives
Entering a research phase? → Increase Dive ASINs, reduce Rank Radar
Maintaining stable listings? → Lower all quotas and save on billing
📊 Track Usage in Real Time
Use the Usage Dashboard to:

See breakdowns per feature
Detect trends and avoid over- or under-usage
You’re always in control.
📦 Plan Limits by Tier
While all Data Dive plans are fully customizable using quotas, each tier includes baseline limits and structural differences that are important to understand. You can find more details in them on our pricing page: https://datadive.tools/pricing/
Starter
Best for VAs and aspiring Amazon FBA sellers working solo.
Organization members: Main seat only
Dive ASINs: 100+
Competitors per Dive: Up to 15
Number of Niches: 100
Starter is ideal for lightweight research, learning workflows, and occasional competitive analysis. Limits are intentionally lower to keep costs accessible.
Standard
Designed for active Amazon FBA sellers, solos, and small teams.
Organization members: Up to 10
Dive ASINs: 1,000+
Competitors per Dive: Up to 30
Number of Niches: 500
Standard unlocks team collaboration and higher research depth. This is the most common tier for ongoing research, Rank Radar tracking, and listing optimization.
Enterprise
Built for brands, private labels, and aggregators operating at scale.
Organization members: Up to 100,000
Dive ASINs: 4,000+
Competitors per Dive: Up to 50
Number of Niches: 100,000
Enterprise plans support large catalogs, advanced competitive analysis, and high-volume workflows. Some limits (such as competitors per Dive) are only available at this tier.
Important Notes on Limits
Tier limits define maximum capabilities, not fixed usage.
Within your tier, you can still adjust quotas up or down using sliders.
Certain features (like 50 competitors per Dive) are Enterprise-only, regardless of quota settings.
Reused ASINs, archived keywords, and inactive features do not consume quota.
💡 Best practice: Choose a tier based on structural needs (team size, competitors per Dive), then fine-tune quotas to match your monthly strategy.
