To use Data Dive, you must sign in with an account that’s associated with Google. While many users sign in with a Gmail address, you can also link your existing email (e.g. Outlook, company domain) to Google.
How to use your current external email:
Google allows you to create an account using your existing non-Google email. This links your email to Google services and lets you sign in to Data Dive without needing a Gmail address.

Note: Data Dive supports both Google accounts and external email addresses associated to Google. That said, we understand this setup doesn’t work for everyone, and we plan to introduce additional sign-in methods in the future to give you more flexibility.
Adding Team Members?
When adding users to your Data Dive subscription, you have two options:

Invite them using an email that’s already associated with Google

Use a Gmail account for each user instead

For a smooth setup, we suggest each user:

Go to Google’s sign-up page

Click “Use my current email address instead”

Finish the quick process to associate their existing account with Google
