Users reported the 'Dive' button missing from Helium10 Xray, and being unable to create new research sheets; this is due to a newer version of Helium10 being released.
Users are advised to update their Helium10 Chrome extension to the latest version (from 6.8.8 to 6.8.9), DataDive Tools should be working properly afterward.
To manually update your extensions in Google Chrome, click the three dots in the upper-right corner > More Tools > Extensions (or just paste the following in the address bar: chrome://extensions), toggle the 'Developer Mode' in the top right corner, then click 'Update' in the top left corner.
Google Chrome automatically updates all extensions, so you should have the latest version of Helium10 and DataDive a couple of hours after they are updated.
Feel free to reach out if you need additional assistance.
