We need to identify what part of your system is stopping the process, so one of these steps may be applicable to your personal profile's issue.
Step 1: When you click "Retry if stuck", please keep an eye on the star from your address bar. If you see a brief animation - it will leave an icon behind, click on it, and allow popups from datadive.tools.
Test and see if that worked, if not try;
Step 2: Opened file picker via - app.datadive.tools/sheets/select_drive_file
Try clicking the "Retry if stuck" button or refresh the page, if it still doesn't work try Emptying the Cache and Hard Reload. Press F12 to open developer tools and then right-click the refresh button and choose "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
If not try;
Step 3:
- 1. Go to drive.google and sign out of your account - Refer Pic
- 2. At this point you should see your login 'paused'
- 3. Go to amazon.com and try a fresh research sheet
- 4. This should retrigger the system to ask for your google drive log in

Also check if you have extension apps like - Duck Duck Go which can be blocking the process
