We need to identify what part of your system is stopping the process, so one of these steps may be applicable to your personal profile's issue.
Step 1: When you click "Retry if stuck", please keep an eye on the star from your address bar. If you see a brief animation - it will leave an icon behind, click on it, and allow popups from datadive.tools.
Test and see if that worked, if not try;
- 1. Go to drive.google and sign out of your account
- 2. At this point you should see your login 'paused'
- 3. Go to amazon.com and try a fresh research sheet
- 4. This should retrigger the system to ask for your google drive log in
