How to change my password?
We prioritize the security and privacy of our users' credentials. As such, we don't store any of your passwords. Instead, your Gmail account is directly linked and used to login, ensuring your sensitive data remains protected. If you want to update your Google account password, you can do so directly within your Google account. You can access a Google help doc for it here.
Managing Your Subscription and Billing Information
When it comes to managing your subscription, this is done thru Stripe Gateway. By using Stripe, we can guarantee a smooth and secure payment process, and you can have peace of mind that your sensitive information remains protected.
Follow these simple steps to manage your subscription or update your billing information:
Step 1: Click on the Data Dive Extension, and select "Manage Subscription."

You can access your account info within Data Dive by going to "Your Account" located at the bottom of the left navigation menu in Data Dive.
Step 2: In the "Subscription" tab you can manage your subscription details and make changes to your plan.
Step 3: To update your billing information, payment method, or get receipts / invoices, click on "More" and then "Billing Information":
Here you can view and update your billing information and get invoices or receipts.
