Can i add a VA or team member to my account?
Yes you can add up to 4 extra team members to your subscription - Total of 5 people. And teams greater than 5 contact support for an Enterprise subscription.

Here's a short clip on how to activate and deactivate users:
- Click on DataDive Extension Menu or click direct via this link - Click Here
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Through the Teams portal you can Manager your own team
- Your Billing for extra members is billed per 'Seat' rather than a user. So each time you add a Team member you are charged per month for occupying that 1 seat, and won't be additional charges if you change the user occupying that seat.
- If you expand team members, (i.e engage a second seat) midway between invoice periods then your next bill you will receive a prorated amount for that current month.
- Deactivating a Seat, your billing stops precisely at that point during the month and will reflect with a prorated amount.
