Do I have to use a Google Email?

To use DataDive, subscribers must sign up for Google services. You can either create a gsuite/gmail account or add a non-Google account. 

Google allows users to sign up for their services using non-Google accounts.

You can even use your current Microsoft account to sign up for DataDive. If you would like to use your current email address to sign up for Google services, you can follow the instructions in this article: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/176347.

If you are adding multiple users to your DataDive account, you have two options. 

1. You can add them to the DataDive subscription and instruct them to link their non-Google email to Google on their own. 
2. You can add an alternative @gmail account for each user.

To streamline the process and keep everything under your existing accounts, we recommend that users link their accounts to Google by creating a new account and clicking "Use my current email address instead." This should take no more than a few minutes.
